思茅区蔬菜产销现状、存在问题及发展对策

摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高和膳食结构的改变,百姓对蔬菜的需求表现为品种多样化变化,且需求量不断变大,但受季节性变化影响,蔬菜供求矛盾突出,“种植户卖菜难,居民吃菜贵”的现象时有发生,做好蔬菜保供稳价和质量安全工作,已成为思茅区各级政府和消费者关心的热点问题。笔者通过对思茅区蔬菜产销现状进行调查,分析存在问题,并提出发展对策,为思茅区蔬菜产业发展提供参考。With the continuous improvement of people's life and dietary structure,people's demands for vegetable cultivar and quantity has increased.However,affecting by seasonal changes,the contradiction between vegetable supply and demand is prominent.On one hand,it is difficult for growers to sell vegetables in the market,on the other hand,it is expensive for residents to buy vegetables.Ensuring the supply and price,quality and safety of vegetables has become a hot issue concerned by Simao governments and consumers.Basing on investigating the current situation of vegetable production and marketing,the author analyzed the existing problems and put forward development countermeasures,so as to provide reference for the development of Simao vegetable industry.
