系统性康复对手外伤患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析系统性康复护理对手外伤患者护理中患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年9月至2019年9月收治的98例手外伤患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组展开系统性康复护理。对比2组心理与手功能康复情况、生活质量。结果观察组简体中文版创伤后成长评定量表(C-PTGI)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手指总主动活动度(TAM)优良率为高于93.88%对照组的71.43%,且观察组感觉功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统性康复护理可有效促进手外伤患者心理、手功能康复,并且有助于改善其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of systematic rehabilitation nursing on the life quality of patients with trauma.Methods A total of 98 patients with hand trauma who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by systematic rehabilitation nursing.The psychological and hand function rehabilitation status as well as the life quality of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of simplified Chinese post-traumatic growth rating scale(C-PTGI)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).And the good/excellent rate of finger total active mobility(TAM)in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(93.88%vs 71.43%,P<0.05).Moreover the scores of post-nursing quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire-74(GQOLI-74)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the psychological and hand function rehabilitation of patients with hand trauma,which is helpful for improving the life quality of patients.
