摘 要:研究了以零价铁(Fe^(0))为催化剂的Fe^(0)/O_(3)体系对三硝基间苯二酚铅废水的预处理效果,通过对照实验验证了Fe^(0)/O_(3)体系的优越性。UV-Vis光谱分析结果表明,三硝基间苯二酚铅废水中的苯环和硝基均被完全去除。采用SEM-EDS和XRD对反应前后的Fe^(0)进行表征,推断反应过程中产生大量Fe^(0)的腐蚀产物(如Fe^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、铁的氧化物和氢氧化物等)。通过机理研究发现,Fe^(0)的还原作用、臭氧的直接氧化和Fe^(0)/O_(3)的催化氧化均对污染物的去除有贡献。系统探究了实验参数对三硝基间苯二酚铅废水处理效果的影响,结果表明:在Fe^(0)添加量为30 g/L、初始pH为2、O_(3)曝气量为1.0 L/min、反应时间为120 min的条件下,三硝基间苯二酚铅废水的COD去除率达到79%,色度显著降低,B/C从0.09提高至0.53。经过5次连续实验,Fe^(0)/O_(3)体系对三硝基间苯二酚铅废水的COD去除率依然可以达到70%以上。The pretreatment effect of Fe^(0)/O_(3) system with zero-valent iron(Fe^(0))as the catalyst on lead-2,4,6-trinitroresorcinate styphnate wastewater was investigated,and the superiority of the Fe^(0)/O_(3) system was verified by control experiments.The results of UV-Vis spectral analysis showed that both benzene ring and nitro group were completely removed from the wastewater.The Fe^(0) before and after the reaction was characterized by SEM-EDS and XRD,indicating that a large amount of Fe^(0) corrosion products,such as Fe^(2+),Fe^(3+),iron oxide and iron hydroxide,were generated during the reaction.The mechanism study showed that the reduction of Fe^(0),direct oxidation of O_(3) and catalytic oxidation of Fe^(0)/O_(3) all contributed to the removal of pollutants.The effects of experimental parameters on the treatment effect of lead-2,4,6-trinitroresorcinate styphnate wastewater were systematically investigated.Under the conditions of Fe^(0) dosage of 30 g/L,initial pH of 2,O_(3) aeration rate of 1.0 L/min and reaction time of 120 min,the COD removal of lead-2,4,6-trinitroresorcinate styphnate wastewater reached 79%,the chroma was significantly reduced and B/C increased from 0.09 to 0.53.After five consecutive experiments,the COD removal rate of lead-2,4,6-trinitroresorcinate styphnate wastewater by Fe^(0)/O_(3) system still reached more than 70%.
