摘 要:目的:研究一种非接触式呼吸暂停监测技术,以解决大面积皮肤损伤和皮肤过敏症患者无法使用常规方法监测呼吸信号的难题。方法:非接触式呼吸暂停监测方法是通过采用微型生物雷达传感器采集患者的胸壁微动信号,对信号调理后进行特征提取和分析,实现其呼吸信号的非接触监测和正常呼吸、阻塞性呼吸及呼吸暂停的呼吸状态自动识别,通过病床呼叫系统进行呼吸暂停预警;采用非接触式呼吸暂停监测方法对30名志愿者进行呼吸监测测试,并通过混淆矩阵进行效能分析。结果:非接触式呼吸暂停监测方法对30名志愿者呼吸暂停检测的准确率为87.5%、灵敏度为86.7%、特异度为95%,呼吸状态识别总体精度为73.3%。结论:非接触式呼吸暂停监测方法可较为准确地实现呼吸监测功能,且很好地排除了干扰事件,为大面积皮损和皮肤过敏症患者的呼吸监测提供新的思路。Objective:To propose a non-contact monitoring technique for sleep apnea so as to resolve the problem that patients with large-area skin lesions and those with skin allergies cannot use conventional methods to monitor respiratory signals.Methods:The non-contact apnea monitoring method is to collect the micro motion signal of patient's chest wall by using the micro biological radar sensor.And it extracted and analyzed the characteristics after the signals were conditioned so as to realize the non-contact monitoring for the signal of patients’respiratory and the automatic recognition of the breathing statuses of normal breathing,obstructive breathing and apnea.And it carry out apnea early warning through the call system of hospital bed.And the test of breathing monitoring was implemented on 30 volunteers by non-contact apnea monitoring method.Results:The results of confusion matrix analysis indicated that the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of non-contact apnea monitoring method were 87.5%,86.7%and 95%for the apnea test of 30 volunteers,respectively.And the overall precision of respiratory state recognition was 73.3%.Conclusion:The non-contact apnea monitoring method can more accurately realize the monitoring function of respiratory,and it favorably eliminates interference events,which provides a new idea for respiratory monitoring of patients with large-area skin lesions and those with skin allergies.
