摘　　要：目的:构建区域心电信息平台,探讨其在冠状动脉粥样硬化患者随访中的应用。方法:回顾性分析医院收治的118例冠状动脉粥样硬化患者的临床资料,按照区域心电信息平台构建前后时间顺序将其分为对照组(60例)和观察组(58例)。对照组实施常规随访,观察组则在区域心电信息平台的构建下实施随访,对比两组患者随访期间不良心血管病发生率、服药不良事件发生率及生活质量。结果:观察组随访期间不良心血管病发生率和服药不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.656,χ^(2)=5.217;P<0.05)。观察组随访期间躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及总量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.527,t=2.038,t=2.108,t=2.053;P<0.05)。结论:区域心电信息平台的构建及在冠状动脉粥样硬化患者随访中的应用可明显降低心血管病的发生率及服药不良事件发生率,同时也提高了生活质量。Objective:To explore and analyze the application of the construction of regional electrocardiograph(ECG)information platform in the follow-up of patients with atherosclerosis of coronary artery.Methods:The clinical data of 118 patients with atherosclerosis of coronary artery who admitted to hospital were selected,and they were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(58 cases)according to the chronological order of constructing regional ECG information platform.The control group adopted conventional follow-up,and observation group conducted follow-up under the construction of regional ECG information platform.The incidences of adverse cardiovascular diseases,adverse events of medication and quality of life during follow-up were compared between two groups.Results:The incidences of adverse cardiovascular diseases and adverse events of medication during followup of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the differences of those between two groups were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.656,χ^(2)=5.217,P<0.05).The physical function,psychological function,social function and scores of total scale during follow-up of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the differences of those between two groups were statistically significant(t=3.527,t=2.038,t=2.108,t=2.053,P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction of regional ECG information platform and the application of that in the follow-up of patients with atherosclerosis of coronary artery can significantly reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease and the incidence of adverse events of medication,and they also improve the quality of life.
