摘　　要：目的:基于供应-加工-配送(SPD)供应链管理模式,提升医院医用耗材供应链管理水平。方法:采用SPD模式及合作方向与引入第三方供应链信息管理平台、射频识别(RFID)技术及智能货柜系统等配套技术对医院医用耗材进行精细化管理,分析医院引入SPD模式后医用耗材供应链管理方面取得的成效。结果:SPD模式可促进医院规范供应商管理,提升供应商资质审核与耗材进院审批效率以及耗材院内流通管理水平,降低耗材库存资金占用与管理成本,提升耗材大数据分析能力。医院引入SPD模式后再未发生证照资质过期情况,耗材收支匹配率基本达到100%,减少耗材库存资金占用近2000万元/年,实现了医用耗材“零库存”管理,耗材管理时间从2 h/d减少为20 min/d,医院耗占比下降近5%。结论:SPD模式可有效促进医院医用耗材管理向专业化方向发展,提高医院医用耗材精细化管理水平,医院可结合自身需要,合理选择合作模式。Objective:To improve the supply chain management level of medical consumables in hospitals based on the supply-processing-distribution(SPD)supply chain management mode.Methods:The SPD mode,cooperation direction and common supporting technologies were analyzed,and study the achievement in the management of medical consumables supply chain after introduction of the SPD mode in the hospital was studied.Results:The SPD mode could promote hospitals to standardize supplier management,improve the efficiency of supplier qualification review and approval of consumables entering the hospital,as well as the circulation management of consumables in the hospital,reduce capital occupation and management cost of consumables in inventory,and improve the capability of analysis of big data on consumables.After the introduction of the SPD mode,no expiration of the licenses and qualifications of suppliers occurred,the revenue and expenditure matching rate of consumables basically reached 100%,the occupation of funds for consumables inventory reduced by nearly CNY20 million per year,and the"zero inventory"management of medical consumables was achieved,the time of consumables management by relevant staff reduced from 2 hours per day to 20 minutes per day,and the proportion of hospital consumables reduced by nearly 5%.Conclusion:The SPD mode can effectively promote the professional management of medical consumables hospitals and improve the level of refined management of medical consumables in hospitals.Hospitals may reasonably select the mode of cooperation in combination with their own needs in the future.
