摘  要:分析医用压缩空气系统中的潜在风险,设计一种具有尘埃粒子在线监测和露点在线监测功能的医用压缩空气安全保障装置,从液态水防控、颗粒物过滤和智能化运维方面进行设计,可自动除去压缩空气中的液态水和大粒径颗粒物,实现智能化运维管理,能够保障医用压缩空气对麻醉机和呼吸机的安全供应,可有效保障设备和患者安全。Through the analysis of the potential risk in medical compressed air system,a medical compressed air safety protection device with the functions of on-line dust particle monitoring and on-line dew point monitoring was designed,which was made in terms of liquid water prevention and control,particulate filtration and intelligent operation and maintenance,can automatically remove liquid water and large-size particles from the compressed air to realize intelligent operation and management,guarantee the safe supply of medical compressed air to anesthesia machines and ventilators and effectively protect the safety of equipment and patients.
