摘  要:在乡村振兴背景下,针对广大农村地区生活垃圾分类不够精准和收运不及时、负责区域模糊和分布不到位的问题,该研究运用北斗地理信息系统,在特定基本假设下,利用沃罗诺伊图空间分割算法和模糊C均值算法,建立符合限制条件的不规则收运范围,在将服务范围内的收运点以最近邻点法进行路线建构串联,建立适合农村的合理且有效的生活垃圾分类收运管理平台模型,并以信阳市平桥区为例对模型进行验证。结果表明,模型可靠且取得较好经济效益。最后为农村生活垃圾分类收运提出有针对性、可行性的科学治理建议和实施方案。Under the situation of the rural revitalization,based on the Beidou Geographic Information System(Beidou Gis),the Voronoi graph spatial segmentation algorithm and the Fuzzy C mean algorithm are used to establish the irregular receiving range with certain basic assumptions to sovle the problems of classification,collection and transportation of the domestic waste in the rural areas,and the unclear responsibility,as well as the insufficient distribution.The collection and transportation points in the service area are connected in series with the nearest neighbor method to establish a reasonable and effective management platform model for the collection and transportation of the domestic waste in the rural areas.The model is verified by the example of Pingqiao District Xinyang.The results show that the model is reliable and has a good economic benefit.In addition,the scientific treatment proposal and the implementation plan of the pertinence and feasibility for the rural domestic waste classification,collection and transportation are also proposed.
