摘  要:通过1.5 m;钢制球罐的模型试验,研究球罐基础发生整体倾斜和局部沉降时4种工况下的支柱受力影响及其变化规律。结果表明:基础整体倾斜时,球罐支柱沿倾斜方向的弯矩增大,处于基础低处支柱的轴向压应力增大,基础高处支柱的轴向压应力减小且随倾斜角度的增加逐渐转变为轴向拉应力;基础局部沉降时,与沉降支柱相邻的支柱上产生较大的附加应力,且附加应力随沉降差的增加而增大,随着与沉降支柱距离变远影响逐渐减小。对比有限元计算结果与试验测试结果,表明二者具有较好的一致性。通过对球罐模型进行液压试验工况分析,确定了基础整体倾斜和局部沉降时的应力临界值。Through model testing of a 1.5 m;steel spherical tank and when the tank’s foundation becomes tilted as a whole and partially settled,the force influence on the pillars and the change law of the spherical tank under four working conditions was studied.The research results show that,when the foundation is inclined as a whole,the bending moment of the spherical tank pillars in the inclined direction increases,the axial compressive stress of the pillars at the lower part of the foundation increases,and the axial compressive stress of the pillars at the high foundation decreases and becomes into axial tensile stress with the gradually increasing of the inclination angle.When the foundation undergoes local settlement,a larger additional stress can be generated on the pillar adjacent to the settlement pillar,and the additional stress becomes increased with the increase of the settlement difference,and the influence gradually decreases as the distance from the settlement pillar becomes farther.The comparison between the finite element calculation and the experimental test results shows that,the two have consistency;on this basis,the hydraulic test conditions of the spherical tank model were analyzed,and the critical values when the foundation generates an overall tilt and local settlement were determined respectively.
