摘 要:为了分析操作参数对两级串联水力旋流器分离性能的影响规律,以螺旋倒锥式轴向进液两级串联旋流分离器为研究对象,利用正交试验法对两级串联旋流器的含水率、处理量及分流比等主要操作参数进行优化设计,以油水分离效率为正交试验考核指标,采用正交试验分析法确定的最优操作参数为:含水率94.0%、处理量5.0 m^(3)/h、分流比35.0%。开展室内实验对正交试验所得的最佳处理量与最佳分流比进行验证,得出的螺旋倒锥式轴向进液两级串联旋流分离器的最佳处理量为5.0 m^(3)/h、最佳分流比为35.0%,此时油水分离效率最高为96.31%,数值模拟与实验结果呈现较好的一致性。For purpose of analyzing the influence of operation parameters on the separation performance of two-stage series hydrocyclone,taking spiral inverted-cone axial inlet two-stage series cyclone as the research object was implemented,including having the orthogonal test method adopted to optimize main operation parameters such as water content,treatment capacity and shunt ratio of the two-stage series cyclone Through taking the oil-water separation efficiency as the orthogonal test assessment index,the optimal operating parameters of the two-stage series cyclone study determined by the orthogonal test are as follows94%water content,5.0 m^(3)/h treatment capacity and 35.0%shunt ratio.Indoor experiments on both optimum treatment capacity and optimum shunt ratio obtained from the orthogonal test show that,the optimum treatment capacity of the spiral inverted-cone axial feed two-stage series cyclone separator is 5.0 m^(3)/h and the optimum shunt ratio is 35.0%together with the highest oil-water separation efficiency of 96.31%and the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
