摘 要:基于某项目管道焊接固定支座的力学分析,结合有限元方法与评定规范,在力学模型上选取危险截面,通过沿截面壁厚方向设置所有节点路径,输出单位荷载作用下的应力结果并建立数据库,创建简化评定计算表,进而提出一种管道焊接固定支座简化计算方法。选取10组超出工程计算方法的支架荷载,采用简化计算方法和有限元方法计算,并对比分析计算结果,以论证简化计算方法的保守性。Based on the mechanical analysis of a project pipeline welding fixed support and through combined with the finite element method and related standards,the dangerous section was selected in the mechanical model,and stress results under unit load were output by setting all node paths along the section wall thickness direction,including setting up a data base and creating a simplified calculation table and then proposing a simplified calculation method for the pipeline welding fixed support.In addition,10groups of support loads beyond the engineering calculation method were selected and both simplified calculation method and finite element method were adopted for the calculation.Comparing and analyzing the calculation results proves the conservatism of the simplified calculation method.
