摘 要:针对多级滑片泵在输送高含气量流体时发生的空化现象,研究流体气相体积分数对多级泵流场的影响。采用专业的泵仿真软件对多级滑片泵内部流场进行了数值模拟,结果表明:随着流体气相体积分数从10%增至20%,容积效率逐渐降低,瞬时流量脉动幅度逐渐增大且脉动最低点更加滞后;流体气相体积分数增加会增大滑片泵的瞬时流量不均匀系数,使多级滑片泵的瞬时流量特性变差;随着流体气相体积分数不断增加,气体聚集区域主要在进口腔区域附近且其范围呈周期性变化,滑片泵的局部最高气体体积分数最小值和最大值分别为1.26%(流体气相体积分数为5%)和7.82%(流体气相体积分数为20%)。随着泵内流体气相体积分数的增加,气体体积分数分布范围逐渐增大,更易发生汽蚀。当流体气相体积分数增至20%时,泵内气体体积瞬态分布规律发生显著变化且不易判断,对多级滑片泵的使用寿命造成不小影响,因此泵内流体的气相体积分数应控制在合理的范围内。Aiming at the cavitation that occurs when multi-stage sliding vane pump transports fluids with high gas content,the influence of the fluid’s gas phase volume fraction on the flowfield of the multi-stage pump was studied.Making use of professional pump simulation software to simulate inner flowfield of the multi-stage sliding vane pump shows that,as the fluid gas phase volume fraction increases from 10%to 20%,the volumetric efficiency gradually decreases,and the amplitude of the instantaneous flow pulsation gradually increases and the lowest point of the pulsation lags more behind.The increase in the fluid’s gas phase volume fraction can raise nonuniform coefficient of instantaneous flow rate of the sliding vane pump and thereby make instantaneous flow characteristics there worse.As the fluid gas phase volume fraction continues to increase,the gas accumulation area stays mainly near the inlet cavity area and its range changes periodically.The minimum value and maximum value of the local maximum gas volume fraction of the sliding vane pump is 1.26%(the fluid gas volume fraction is 5%)and 7.82%(the fluid gas phase volume fraction is 20%).With the increase of the fluid gas volume fraction in the pump,the distribution range of the gas volume fraction gradually increases and becomes more susceptible to cavitation.When the fluid gas phase volume fraction increases to 20%,the transient distribution of the gas volume in the pump changes significantly and becomes difficult to judge and significantly influences the service life of the multi-stage sliding vane pump.Therefore,the fluid’s gas phase volume fraction in the pump should be controlled within a reasonable range.
