摘  要:“一带一路”倡议的提出,为中外高等教育合作提供了新的发展平台。在“一带一路”框架下,中外高等教育合作拓展了广阔的合作空间,彰显了“服务为本”的理念,推动了跨境交流实践的持续发展,持续完善了智库联盟的发展。我们应把构建人类命运共同体、加强教育合作、促进教育国际化、支持教育外交作为对外教育合作的重要政治方向,可采取以下措施:构建平等共赢模式,促进合作理念深层次转变;加强顶层设计,激发合作主体多领域作为;优化新型智库建设,助力合作成果的渠道交流;健全质量认证体系,注重合作价值,正方向引领;鼓励多元智能办学,推进合作全面发展。The“Belt and Road”initiative has provided a new platform for the cooperation of Sino-foreign higher education.Under the framework of the“Belt and Road”,the cooperation of Sino-foreign higher education has expanded the space of broad cooperation,highlighted the“service-based”idea,promoted the sustainable development of cross-border exchange practice,and continuously improved the development of think-tank alliance.China should take building a community with a shared future for mankind,strengthening educational cooperation,promoting educational internationalization and supporting educational diplomacy as an important political direction of Sino-foreign educational cooperation.The following measures can be taken:building an equal and win-win model to promote the deep transformation of the cooperative concept,strengthening top-level design to stimulate cooperative subjects to act in multiple fields,optimizing the construction of new think tanks to facilitate the channel exchange of cooperative achievements,improving the quality certification system to pay attention to the cooperative value and lead in a positive direction,encouraging multiple intelligences in running schools to promote the all-round development of cooperation.
