摘　　要：文章主要阐述中盐内蒙古化工股份有限公司树脂厂40万t/a PVC聚合釜生产中通过技术革新改善离心母液水使用方法和方式,从而实现水资源利用最大化。目前此项技术水平国际领先,主要采用生化(沉淀、降温+水解酸化+生物接触氧化)、深度处理(臭氧氧化+活性炭吸附)、离子交换的处理工艺,处理完的水全部回用生产工艺,从而发挥母液水的最大经济效益。In this article,the method of using mother liquid centrifugal water were improved through technical innovation in the production of 400 000 t/a PVC polymerizer in the resin plant of Zhongyan Inner Mongolia Chemical Co..At present,this technology is leading in China and abroad,mainly using biochemical(precipitation,cooling + hydrolytic acidification + biological contact oxidation),advanced treatment(ozonation+activated carbon adsorption),ion exchange treatment process,all the treated water is reused in the polymerizer,so as to give full play to the maximum economic benefits of mother liquor water.
