摘  要:本文主要利用双酚F环氧树脂(简称BPFER),自身的黏度小与相对分子质量非常低的特点,与性能优异的自制硼酚醛树脂进行共混,制得具有优良热稳定性和低成本的工业适用体系。将硼酚醛树脂与双酚F环氧树脂在60 ℃下按照不同质量比混合均匀,采用热重分析(TGA)对其热性能进行检测。结果表明,该体系性能最优样品其初始热分解温度T_(d)为304 ℃,热降解温度T_(50)%为420 ℃,残炭率W_(800)℃为12.9%,验证其热稳定性和残碳率较为良好。In this paper,the bisphenol F epoxy resin (BPFER for short) is blended with the self-made boron phenolic resin with its own characteristics of low viscosity and very low molecular weight to obtain a industrial applicable system with excellent thermal stability and low cost.The boron phenolic resin and bisphenol F epoxy resin were uniformly mixed at 60 ℃ according to different mass ratios,and their thermal properties were tested by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).The results show that the initial thermal decomposition temperature T_(d)of the sample with the best performance of the system is 304 ℃,the thermal degradation temperature T_(50)% is 420 ℃,and the carbon residue rate W_(800)℃ is 12.9%,which proves that its thermal stability and carbon residue rate are relatively good.
