BOPP专用料对薄膜的性能影响研究

摘　　要：BOPP专用料由于具有优异的性能而被广泛应用于BOPP薄膜,为了研究BOPP专用料对薄膜产品性能的影响,利用三层共挤方式分别制备了BOPP专用料和专用聚丙烯两种BOPP薄膜,并对薄膜产品的力学性能、表面张力和光学性能进行了表征。研究结果表明,BOPP专用料薄膜比专用聚丙烯BOPP薄膜的纵向拉伸强度提高了25 MPa,横向拉伸强度提高了43 MPa,力学性能更好;BOPP专用料薄膜的表面张力更高,且能维持更长时间;BOPP专用料薄膜的透光率比专用聚丙烯BOPP薄膜高出2.6%,雾度下降0.5%,综合光学性能优于专用聚丙烯BOPP薄膜。BOPP special materials are widely used in BOPP films due to their excellent properties.In order to study the effect of BOPP special material on the properties of film products,two types of BOPP films,BOPP special material and special polypropylene,were prepared by three-layer co-extrusion,and the mechanical properties,surface tension and optical properties of the film products were characterized.The research results show that the longitudinal tensile strength of the BOPP special material film is increased by 25 MPa,the transverse tensile strength is increased by 43 MPa,and the mechanical properties are better than that of the special polypropylene BOPP film.The surface tension of the BOPP special material film is higher and can be maintained for a longer time.The light transmittance of the BOPP special material film is 2.6% higher than that of the special polypropylene BOPP film,and the haze is reduced by 0.5%.The comprehensive optical properties are better than the special polypropylene BOPP film.
