摘　　要：分析半钢子午胎断面常见缺陷的产生原因,并提出相应的解决措施。带束层波浪、冠带层打褶、材料端点集中、耐磨胶打褶可通过优化结构设计、生产过程的合理管控,设备及工艺参数确定,标准作业执行等措施解决此问题。This paper analyzes the reason of common defects in the section of semi-steel radial tires,and proposes corresponding solutions.Problems such as belt layer wave,crown layer pleating,material end point concentration,wear-resistant rubber pleating and other problems can be solved by measures such as optimizing structural design,reasonable control of production process,determination of equipment and process parameters,and implementation of standard operations.
