摘 要:本研究通过构建翻转课堂融合CBL的教学模式,探讨该模式在高等医学教育中的效果。研究结果表明新的融合教学模式可极大的调动医学生的主动性和好奇心,学生的临床实践水平和解决实际问题的能力明显提高,大部分学生愿意尝试新型教学模式的改革。翻转课堂融合CBL的新型教学模式有望超越传统教学模式,符合高等医学教育信息化的发展潮流。本教学团队在高年资本科生(包括实习生)、研究生、住培生群体开展翻转课堂融合CBL教学模式改革尝试,并在学生中开展对新型教学模式实践满意度调查,总结几年教学的心得体会,对翻转课堂融合CBL模式在高等医学教育中的价值展开讨论研究。The aim of the study was to construct a new teaching model of flipped classrooms integrated with CBL and evaluate the teaching effect of the new model.The results of the study showed the motivation and curiosity of medical students can be improved greatly,as well as the ability to clinical practice and problem-solving.Most of the students were willing to try the new teaching model.The novel teaching model of flipped classrooms integrated with CBL has the potential to surpass the traditional teaching model.It complies with the development trend of higher medical education informatization.The teaching team carried out an attempt to reform the CBL teaching mode of flipped classroom integration among senior capital students(including interns),postgraduates and residents,conducted a survey on the practical satisfaction of the new teaching mode among students,summarized the teaching experience of several years,and discussed and studied the value of CBL mode of flipped classroom integration in higher medical education.
