摘 要:目的将临床路径教学运用到外周血管介入教学中,并分析讨论其效果。方法选取2017年3月—2019年11月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院血管外科的90名研究生作为研究对象。按照随机数表法,将这些研究生均分为常规教学组和临床路径教学组,每组45名,在常规教学组采取原本的常规教学方法,在临床路径教学组采取临床路径教学的方法,比较两组的教学效果。结果临床路径教学组研究生的外周血管介入相关理论知识和总分及各项基础手术操作得分及其总分均明显高于常规教学组(P<0.05);临床路径教学组的研究生在激发学习兴趣、提升临床思维、增强独立解决问题能力、提高教学质量、提升学习效率、面对患者的自信心、学生满意度方面的满意度均高于常规教学组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径式的教学方法在外周血管介入研究生的教学中可行性强,可解决理论与操作成绩不对等问题,显著提升教学质量,加强研究生对课程的认可,提高研究生的综合能力。Objective To apply clinical pathway teaching to peripheral vascular intervention teaching,and analyze and discuss its effects.Methods From March 2017 to November 2019,90 postgraduates of vascular surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the random number method,these graduate students are divided into the conventional teaching group and the clinical path teaching group,each with 45 cases.The conventional teaching group adopts the original conventional teaching method,and the clinical path teaching group adopts the clinical path teaching method.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge and total scores of peripheral vascular intervention in the conventional teaching group were significantly lower than those in the clinical pathway teaching group(P<0.05);the basic surgical operation scores and total scores of graduate students in the clinical pathway teaching group were significantly higher The conventional teaching group(P<0.05);clinical path teaching can significantly improve the comprehensive ability of graduate students and enhance the satisfaction of graduate students with teaching methods(P<0.05)..Conclusion The clinical path-based teaching method is highly feasible in the teaching of postgraduates in peripheral vascular intervention.It can solve the problem of inequity between theoretical and operational performance,significantly improve the quality of teaching,strengthen the recognition of the courses by graduate students,and improve the comprehensive ability of graduate students.
