肺部磨玻璃结节的高分辨率CT征象对结节良恶性的鉴别诊断准确性探讨

摘　　要：目的:研究肺部磨玻璃结节的高分辨率CT征象对结节良恶性的鉴别诊断准确性。方法:本次纳入2019年6月至2021年3月期间本院接收的50例疑似肺部磨玻璃结节患者展开研究,均进行高分辨率CT检查,以手术病理检查结果为金标准,观察高分辨率CT的诊断结果,比较良恶性结节的CT征象。结果:48例患者确诊为肺部磨玻璃结节,高分辨率CT检查的良性结节诊断准确率为90.91%,恶性结节诊断准确率为96.15%。恶性结节的结节密度混合、结节界面模糊、毛刺征、分叶征、囊状透亮影的发生比例均高于良性结节,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高分辨率CT征象为临床鉴别诊断肺部磨玻璃结节的良恶性提供可靠的影像学支持,具有较高的鉴别诊断准确性。Objective:To study the accuracy of the differential diagnosis of ground glass nodules with high-resolution CT in the diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules.Methods:50 patients with suspected ground glass nodules in the lungs received in this hospital from June 2019 to March 2021 were included in the study.All of them were examined by high-resolution CT.The results of surgical pathology were used as the gold standard for observation.The diagnosis results of high-resolution CT are compared with the CT signs of benign and malignant nodules.Results:48 patients were diagnosed as ground glass nodules in the lungs.The diagnostic accuracy rate of high-resolution CT was 90.91%for benign nodules and 96.15%for malignant nodules.The incidence of malignant nodules with mixed nodule density,blurred nodule interface,burr sign,lobular sign,and cystic translucent shadow were higher than that of benign nodules,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high-resolution CT signs provide reliable imaging support for the clinical differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ground glass nodules in the lungs,and have high differential diagnosis accuracy.
