摘  要:利用金雀儿根瘤苍白杆菌对陕北李家畔富油煤进行降解实验。通过单因素和正交试验得到了最优工艺条件为:加煤量为0.7 g/50 mL,接种量为20 mL/50 mL,降解时间为18 d,降解率为17.1%。在最优工艺条件下研究十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)和聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)3种表面活性剂对煤样生物降解率的影响,结果表明SDS不能促进菌种对煤样的降解,LAS和Triton X-100对降解过程有促进作用,其中Triton X-100增加效果最为明显,降解率提高至34.1%。GC-MS显示降解液相产物的主要成分为烷烃类、羧酸类、酯类和芳香类等小分子物质。Ochrobactrum cytisi was selected to degrade tar-rich coals from Northern Shaanxi.The optimal process conditions were obtained by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The best degrading technological conditions were coal amount of 0.7 g/50 mL,inoculum size of 20 mL/50 mL,incubation time of 18 d and the biodegradation rate reaching 17.1%.Under the best technological conditions,the effects of SDS,LAS and Triton X-100 on biodegradation rates of coal samples were investigated.The results showed that SDS could not promote the degradation of coal samples by bacteria,while LAS and Triton X-100 could promote the degradation process.The increase of Triton X-100 was the most obvious with the degradation rate being 34.1%.GC-MS showed that the degradation liquid products under the action of Triton X-100 mainly contained small molecular substances such as alkanes,carboxylic acids,esters and aromatics.
