乡村振兴战略背景下农民专业合作社发展路径研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是解决"三农问题"的总抓手,而农民专业合作社"三位一体"的发展是实施乡村振兴战略的关键路径.本文在分析了农民专业合作社促进乡村振兴战略实施的基础上,阐述了近年来我国农民专业合作社的发展现状,以及存在"空壳社"现象严重、缺乏再联合、融资困难、内部治理机制不成熟、发展不能与时俱进等问题,并从推进"空壳社"清理、推动合作社再联合、打通融资渠道、完善合作社内部治理机制、把握互联网发展机会、建设"三位一体"新型农村合作体系等方面提出对策建议.The strategy of rural revitalization is the overall starting point to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. And the development of the “trinity” of farmers’ professional cooperatives is the key path to implement the strategy of rural revitalization. Based on the analysis of the implementation of the strategy of promoting rural revitalization by farmers’ professional cooperatives,this paper elaborated on the development status of farmers’ professional cooperatives in China in recent years, as well as the problems such as serious “shell cooperatives”, lack of reunion, financing difficulties, immature internal governance mechanisms, and the development cannot keep pace with the times. It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of promoting the clearing of “shell cooperatives”, promoting the recombination of cooperatives, opening up financing channels,improving the internal governance mechanism of cooperatives, grasping the development opportunities of the Internet, and building a new “trinity” rural cooperation system.
