摘 要:为探索分离自安徽省某大型白羽鸡场的1株B型副鸡禽杆菌的毒力及免疫原性,本试验测定了该菌对5~6胚龄SPF鸡胚及35~40日龄SPF鸡的毒力,并用该菌株制备免疫原,免疫35~40日龄SPF鸡,用攻毒的方法测定菌株的免疫原性,同时对本菌株制备的抗原及目前国内、国外市场上销售的鸡传染性鼻炎A型、B型、C型三价或二价灭活疫苗的免疫效力进行比较。毒力试验结果显示,本菌株对SPF鸡胚的最小致死剂量为110 CFU,对SPF鸡的最小发病剂量为5.5×10^(3) CFU。免疫原性试验结果显示,本菌株制备的抗原免疫鸡能有效抵抗本菌株的攻击,说明本菌株的免疫原性良好,而市场上销售的鸡传染性鼻炎三价/二价灭活疫苗免疫鸡均无法抵抗本菌株的攻击,说明市场上销售的疫苗对本菌株的保护效果较差,B型菌疫苗间的交叉保护效果不理想。本试验为B型鸡传染性鼻炎疫苗的研究提供参考和物质基础。In order to assess the virulence and immunogenicity of one Avibacteriun paragallinarun isolate from a large white chicken farm in Anhui province,this study utilized chicken embryos of 5 to 6 days and SPF chickens of 35 to 40 days to determine the virulence of the isolate,immunized 35-40 days’SPF chickens with antigen prepared from the isolate,followed by challenge with the isolate to evaluate the immunogenicity of the antigen,and then compared the immune efficacy of the antigen preparation to that of the trivalent or bivalent inactivated vaccines for infectious coryza A,B,C available in domestic and foreign markets.Virulence assay results showed that the minimum lethal dose on chicken embryos of 5 to 6 days was 110 CFU,and the minimum morbidity dose on chickens of 35 to 40 days was 5.5×10^(3) CFU.Immunization results showed that antigen prepared from the isolate protected the same isolate challenge,but the type A,B,C trivalent or bivalent inactivated vaccines failed to completely protect against the isolate challenge,indicating that vaccines on market did not confer full protection against the isolate and that cross protection between type B bacteria vaccine was incomplete.This study lays a sound theoretical and practical foundation for future development of B type chicken infectious coryza vaccine.
