罗坪乡生活垃圾处理现状及可行路径分析

摘　　要：本研究通过随机问卷调查法,全面调研了湘西北地区石门县罗坪乡的垃圾产生特性和分类处理现状,结果表明,该乡村民生活垃圾具有人均产生量低、厨余垃圾占比偏高和可回收垃圾占比低等特性。考虑该地区的实际情况,提出了村级宣传引导、屋场培训、激励约束的村民生活垃圾综合治理模式,因地制宜地建立农户和村庄垃圾收运体系,屋场监管和村级主导的设施维护机制。This study comprehensively investigated generation characteristics and sorting treatment of domestic garbage in Luoping,a town of northwest Hunan province.Our results indicate that the average domestic garbage output is low of 0.2 kg/(person·d^(-1))with high ratio of kitchen waste and low proportion of recyclable garbage.According to local conditions,the comprehensive governance pattern of villagers'household waste is proposed including propaganda and guidance on village-level,training on house community level,incentive and constraint system,meanwhile a practical garbage collection and transportation system for house community and village,the running and maintenance system are dominated by house community and village.
