摘  要:为进一步提高浇注式沥青性能,开展微粒化天然沥青在浇注式沥青中的应用研究。通过湿法工艺和微粒化工艺分别制备青川岩沥青及伊朗岩沥青的浇注式沥青结合料并分析粒径对结合料性能的影响。结果表明,湿法工艺下天然沥青中无机物粒径分布在1-100 Mm范围内,而微粒化工艺下,粒径分布在1-10比m范围内。且微粒化工艺下改性沥青的48 h离析灰分差远低于湿法工艺。证明微粒化工艺制备的浇注式沥青离析程度更小,更能激发天然沥青的特性。To further improve the performance of guss-asphalt,the application of micronized natural as-phalt in guss-asphalt is studied.Guss-asphalt binder of QingChuan rock asphalt and Iranian rock asphalt are prepared by wet process and micronized process respectively,and the effect of particle size on the perform-ances of binder was analyzed.The results show that inorganic matter particle size distribution in natural asphalt by wet process is 1-100 pum,while particle size distribution is 1-10 pum by micronized process.Modified asphalt 48-hour ash separation difference by micronized process is much lower than that of wet process.It shows that the segregation degree of guss-asphalt prepared by micronized process is smaller,which can stim-ulate the characteristics of natural asphalt more.
