摘 要:橡胶沥青材料具有显著的长寿命低碳特点,但其性能的变异一直限制橡胶沥青的发展。大量实践表明橡胶溶混沥青具有高稳定性,但溶混机理尚不清楚。在综述不同橡胶沥青技术路线的发展、结构与性能基础上,着重分析了基于浅裂橡胶制备的微纳橡胶沥青的溶混机制及微观胶体结构,讨论了微纳橡胶与沥青的相互作用及相关官能团元素分布状况,提出了浅裂橡胶作为沥青第五组分的概念,总结了橡胶沥青与耐老化和低温脆性能提升的关系,以期为微纳橡胶沥青的应用提供理论基础。Rubber asphalt materials have the characteristics of low carbon emission and long life,howev-er,their variable characteristic limits further development.Plentiful practice indicates homogeneous rubber as-phalt has stable performances,but its mechanism is not clear.On the basis of summarizing the development,structure and performance of different rubber asphalt technology pavement,this paper focuses on the mix mechanism and colloidal structure of micro-nano rubber asphalt,in which crumb rubber is prepared by light pyrolysis rubber.The interaction between rubber and asphalt and the distribution of related elements are also discussed.As a result,the concept of micro-nano rubber as‘the fifh component’of asphalt is put forward.Relationship between rubber asphalt and aging resistance as well low temperature erack performance is summa-rized.This review is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the application of micro-nano rubber asphalt.
