摘　　要：目的探讨脾氨肽联合孟鲁司特钠对哮喘患儿T细胞亚群、IgE水平及炎症因子水平的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将我科2018年10月至2020年5月收治的89例哮喘患儿进行分组,对照组44例给予布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组45例在对照组基础上增加脾氨肽口服治疗。观察两组临床疗效、肺功能变化、免疫功能及炎症水平。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组呼气流量峰值(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1 s用力呼气量(FEV1)较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组CD8^(+)、IgE较对照组低,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论脾氨肽联合孟鲁司特钠治疗哮喘患儿可通过抑制炎症反应,调节免疫功能,改善肺功能水平,进而提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the value of splenic aminopeptide combined with montelukast sodium on T cell subsets,IgE levels and inflammatory factors levels in children with asthma.Methods According to the random number table method,89 children with asthma from October 2018 to May 2020 in our department were divided into groups.The control group 44 cases were treated with budesonide combined with montelukast sodium,and 45 cases in the observation group were based on the control group.Increase the spleen amino peptide oral treatment.Observe the clinical efficacy,pulmonary function changes,immune function and inflammation levels in the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC),and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);CD8^(+)and IgE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);in the observation group,interleukin(IL)-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)),the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of splenic aminopeptide and montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with asthma can inhibit inflammation,regulate immune function,improve lung function,and improve clinical efficacy.
