摘 要:电化学储能系统在调节新能源发电功率波动,电网侧和用户侧削峰填谷场合已经有大规模应用。磷酸铁锂电池由于性能较稳定、循环寿命长、安全性高等特点,被广泛应用到电化学储能领域。然而,电池组容量及其一致性会随使用时间增加而发生劣化,使模组可用容量和能量降低,直接影响电池组的使用寿命。以磷酸铁锂电池模组为研究对象,采用储能电站峰谷调节工况对电池组进行循环测试,研究了电池老化特性及电池组SOC一致性随循环的变化规律并分析其原因,得到的结论可以给电池组的维护提供依据。Electrochemical energy storage system has been widely used in regulating the power fluctuation of new energy generation,as well as the peak load shifting on the grid side and the user side.Lithium iron phosphate batteries have been widely used in the field of electrochemical energy storage due to their stable performance,long cycle life and high safety.However,battery pack capacity and consistency can deteriorate over time.This deterioration reduces the available capacity and energy of the module,directly affecting the battery life.In this paper,the lithium iron phosphate battery module was taken as the research object,and the cycle test of the battery pack was carried out under the peak load shifting condition.We studied the aging characteristics of cell and the variation of SOC consistency of battery pack and analyzed the reasons.The conclusions can provide a basis for the battery module maintenance.
