弥散型透气砖在100吨精炼钢包的实践应用

摘　　要：传统的精炼钢包透气砖一般采用狭缝型砖芯,此型透气砖在使用中狭缝容易夹钢,需要每炉对透气砖夹钢进行氧气吹扫,以满足工艺所需通气量。吹氧过程会产生大量烟尘,污染作业环境;另外吹氧高温产生的热应力会对透气砖造成损害,影响透气砖的使用寿命和安全生产。为此,唐山不锈钢公司将狭缝型透气砖改换为弥散型透气砖。本文对比分析了弥散型透气砖的结构特点、工作原理和性能指标,并对其使用跟踪情况进行了总结。实践表明,弥散型透气砖使用中砖体不渗钢,不需要频繁的烧氧作业,通气量满足工艺要求,且其寿命均达到20炉以上。The traditional permeable brick of refining ladle generally adopts slit type brick core, this type of permeable brick is easy to contain steel in the slit during use, which needs to purge with oxygen the cold steel on permeable brick surface after pouring steel for each furnace, so as to the gas pass quantity required by the process. The oxygen blowing process will produce a large amount of smoke and dust,polluting the working environment, in addition, the thermal stress generated by oxygen blowing high temperature will damage the permeable brick and affect the service life and safe production of the permeable brick. Therefore, Tangshan Stainless Steel Company changed the slit type breathable brick into dispersion type breathable brick. This paper compares and analyzes the structural characteristics, working principle and performance indexes of dispersion type breathable brick, and summarized its tracking situation of application. The practice shows that the brick body of dispersion type permeable brick during use does non-permeable steel, does not need frequent burning oxygen operation, the gas pass quantity meets the process requirements, and its service life is more than 20 heats.
