摘  要:不锈钢板在热轧生产过程时,在其表面会生成铁鳞,为了防止其压入带钢基体,影响带钢的表面质量,需要对带钢进行除鳞处理。而不锈钢铁鳞成分复杂、致密,较难清除。本文介绍了传统不锈钢表面除鳞的方法,系统分析热轧不锈钢板激光除鳞原理及其特点,阐述了不锈钢热轧卷退火酸洗生产线激光除鳞技术,对比分析了几种激光除鳞工艺组合方案。分析认为,在所采用的激光除鳞工艺尚未完全成熟之前,在原有除鳞线上加装激光设备进行辅助除鳞的方案具有较好的安全性和稳定性,可以减少原有除鳞设施的粉尘和废酸排放。During the hot rolling production process of stainless steel plate, scale will be formed on its surface, in order to prevent it from being pressed into the substrate of the strip steel and affecting the surface quality of the strip steel, the strip steel needs descaling treatment. And the stainless steel scale has complex composition, density high and difficult to remove. This paper introduces the traditional method of descaling stainless steel surface, and systematically analyzed the principle and characteristics of laser descaling of hot-rolled stainless steel plate, described the laser descaling technology of annealing and pickling production line of stainless steel hot rolled coil, compared and analyzed several laser descaling process combination schemes. The analysis deems that before the laser descaling process applied is fully mature, the scheme of adding laser equipment to the original descaling line for auxiliary descaling has good safety and stability, and can reduce the emission of dust and waste acid from the original descaling facilities.
