摘  要:无接头绳圈作为索具被广泛应用于大型结构物海上吊装施工,其编织质量直接影响到海上吊装施工的效率和安全。为找到影响无接头绳圈破断性能的关键因素,本文根据无接头绳圈的性能要求和相关国家标准设计了无接头绳圈破断性能试验方案。通过无接头绳圈破断试验和钢丝拆股试验,研究了捻距、抽芯、疲劳、存放时间及使用次数对无接头绳圈破断性能的影响。该项研究成果可作为指导无接头绳圈的采办、使用、维保、存储和报废的指南,以提高无接头绳圈使用安全性。As the hoisting rigging, the cable-laid grommet is widely used in offshore hoisting construction of large structure, its weaving quality directly affects the efficiency and safety of offshore hoisting construction. In order to find out the key factors affecting the breaking load of cable-laid grommet, this paper designs the breaking load test scheme of cable-laid grommet according to the performance requirements of cable-laid grommet and relevant national standards. Through cable-laid grommet breaking test of the and steel wire dismantle strand test, the effects of twist distance, core pulling, fatigue, storage time and service times on the breaking load of cable-laid grommet were studied. This research results can be used as a guide for the procurement, use, maintenance, storage and scrapping of cable-laid grommet, so as to improve the use safety of cable-laid grommet.
