从行政法角度浅析农村环境污染防治

摘　　要：农村环境的污染对于农民人居环境以及当地经济发展均会产生不良的影响,根据我国当前的环境保护法律中相关规定,对于农村环境污染的规定并不完善。我国当前依旧存在地方政府环境保护法律立法思想偏见、执法者执法意识不强、机构设置和合作存在缺陷的问题,需要进一步完善地方行政法当中的立法思想、提升执法者的执法行为意识,加强执法者培训以及农民环保意识培训,提升农村环境保护的建设。The pollution of rural environment will have bad effects on farmers ’living environment and local economic development. According to the relevant provisions of China’s current environmental protection laws, the regulations on rural environmental pollution are not perfect.Our country still exists local government environmental protection law legislation bias, law enforcement consciousness is not strong, institutional setup and cooperation defects, need to further improve the legislative thought of local administrative law, enhance law enforcement consciousness, strengthen law enforcement training and farmers’ environmental protection awareness training, improve the construction of rural environmental protection.
