摘  要:目的提出一种基于多通道面波分析技术(MASW)的钢-混凝土组合板界面剥离损伤识别方法。方法从Rayleigh波的波动方程出发,结合MASW技术建立钢-混凝土组合板有限元模型,通过激励正弦信号产生Rayleigh波,研究其波速衰减特征,并提出基于波速衰减的MASW损伤识别算法;搭建MASW试验平台,建立多通道超声面波检测系统,并进行多道信号采集和数据处理,验证所提出算法的有效性。结果数值模拟中,组合板的界面剥离损伤使表面波产生"分流"现象并造成表面波速度衰减,其衰减幅度与剥离长度密切相关;MASW试验中,表面波在损伤区域发生了较大程度的波速衰减,其波速衰减的起始道间与剥离损伤的起点和终点相对应。结论波速衰减幅度与剥离长度近似呈正相关的线性关系,所提出的损伤识别方法能够确定剥离损伤的具体范围,识别精度达到厘米级。A method for identifying debonding damage at the interface of steel-concrete composite slabs based on multi-channel analysis of surface wave technology(MASW)is proposed in the paper.Starting from the Rayleigh wave equations,combined with MASW technology,a finite element model of the s teel-concrete composite slab is established.The Rayleigh wave is generated by exciting a sinusoidal signal,its wave velocity attenuation characteristics are studied,and a MASW damage identification method based on wave velocity attenuation is proposed.Build a MASW test platform,establish a multi-channel ultrasonic surface wave detection system,and perform multi-channel signal acquisition and data processing to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.In the numerical simulation,the interfacial debonding damage of the composite plate resulted in both the“shunting”phenomenon and the velocity attenuation of the surface wave,and the attenuation amplitude is closely related to the debonding length.In the MASW test,the surface wave velocity is observed to a greater extent in the damaged area,and the initial track of the wave velocity attenuation corresponds to the start and end points of the debonding damage.The attenuation amplitude of wave velocity is approximately positively correlated with the debonding length.The proposed damage identification method can be used to determine the specific range of debonding damage,and the recognition accuracy reaches the centimeter level.
