摘  要:目的研究混凝与微波强化Fenton体系降解PVA废水的去除效果。方法采用混凝除去一部分PVA废水,确定混凝条件。经混凝处理后的废水,采用微波强化Fenton法进一步处理,改变各种影响因素后观察PVA废水的降解程度,比较得出最佳影响因素。结果混凝预处理的PVA废水,pH为8,PAC的投加量为50 mL/L,PAM投加量为4 mL/L,以250 r/min搅拌30 s,再以50 r/min搅拌15 min,COD去除率可以达到33.17%。微波强化Fenton法处理混凝后的PVA废水,H_(2)O_(2)投加量为14 mL/L,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O投加量为30 g/L,微波的辐射功率为400 W,微波的辐射时间为5 min,pH值为3时,COD去除率为89.54%,COD质量浓度从3000 mg/L左右降低至300 mg/L左右。通过正交试验得出,对处理效果的影响由强到弱依次为:辐射时间、Fe^(2+)、H_(2)O_(2)、pH。结论混凝-微波强化Fenton法药剂投加量低,可提高COD的去除率,能有效地处理PVA废水。The treatment efficiency of PVA wastewater by coagulation and enhanced Fenton with microwave was studied.Coagulation conditions was determined by coagulation test.The wastewater after coagulation was further treated by microwave enhanced Fenton method,and the treatment effect of different conditions on PVA wastewater was analyzed to determine the best experimental conditions.In coagulation pretreatment test of PVA wastewater,under pH8,PAC dosage 50 mL/L,PAM dosage 4 mL/L,stir at 250 r/min for 30 s,then at 50 r/min for 15 min,COD removal rates are 33.17%.In microwave enhanced Fenton test of PVA wastewater after coagulation,when the dosage of H_(2)O_(2)14 mL/L,the dosage of FeSO_(4)·7 H_(2)O 30 g/L,the irradiation power of microwave 400 W,the irradiation time of microwave 5 min,pH 3,the removal rate of COD is 89.54%and the COD is reduced from about 3000 mg/L to about 300 mg/L.The order of the influence on the treatment effect is:radiation time>Fe^(2+)>H_(2)O_(2)>pH.The coagulation-microwave enhanced Fenton can effectively treat PVA wastewater,the dosage of the system agent is low,and the COD removal rate can also be improved.
