盐酸羟考酮缓释片在糖尿病性神经痛中的疗效及对VAS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸羟考酮缓释片(奥施康定)在糖尿病性神经痛(PDN)中的疗效及对VAS评分的影响。方法选取黑龙江省佳木斯市肿瘤医院2018年8月至2020年8月确诊并治疗的66例PDN患者,对所有PDN患者的诊疗资料进行回顾性分析;依据不同用药分组,对照组使用加巴喷丁,研究组使用奥施康定。比较两组干预前、干预后不同时间节点下的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分变化、两组的有效性及不良反应发生率。结果研究组干预后各个时间节点下的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的有效性高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予PDN患者盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,可获得更为显著的治疗有效性,降低PDN患者的VAS评分。Objective To investigate the efficacy of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets(OxyContin)in painful diabetic neuropathy(PDN)and its effect on VAS score.Methods A total of 66 PDN patients diagnosed and treated in Jiamusi Cancer Hospital in Heilongjiang Province from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected.The diagnosis and treatment data of all PDN patients were retrospectively analyzed.They were grouped according to different medications.The control group were given gabapentin,and the study group were given OxyContin.The changes in the visual analog scales(VAS)score at different time nodes before and after the intervention,effectiveness and incidence of adverse events were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores in the study group at each time node after intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effectiveness in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of PDN patients with oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets(OxyContin)can obtain more significant therapeutic effectiveness and reduce VAS score of PDN patients.
