摘 要:目的探究多模态影像融合技术在肝内胆管癌诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年10月辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的14例肝内胆管癌患者,均接受CT、MRI检查,并建立CT-MRI融合图像肝脏3D模型,观察三种方式术前评估结果、手术规划方案与实际手术方式情况。结果CT-MRI融合图像对分支血管检出率均为100.00%,MRI扫描中分支血管检出率为50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT-MRI融合图像对肿瘤边界检出率均为100.00%,CT扫描中肿瘤边界检出率为42.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT-MRI融合图像手术规划方案符合率均为100.00%,较CT(57.14%)、MRI(71.43%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对肝内胆管癌患者临床诊断、治疗中,与CT技术及MRI技术相比,应用多模态影像融合技术,可有效评估患者病灶状态,并且可提升手术规划方案的准确性。Objective To investigate the application value of multi-modal image fusion technology in diagnosis and treatment of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.Methods A total of 14 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected.They were all examined by computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),and a 3D model of liver with CT-MRI fusion image was established.The preoperative evaluation results,surgical planning scheme and actual surgical methods of the three methods were observed.Results The detection rate of branch vessels in CT-MRI fusion image was 100.00%,while those in MRI scan was 50.00%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The detection rate of tumor boundary in CT-MRI fusion image was 100.00%,and that in CT scan was 42.86%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of surgical planning scheme of CT-MRI fusion image was 100.00%,which was higher than 57.14%of CT and 71.43%of MRI,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,compared with CT technology and MRI technology,the application of multi-modal image fusion technology can effectively evaluate the lesion status of patients and improve the accuracy of surgical planning scheme.
