摘　　要：大学生军训是全民国防教育的重点工程,事关国防后备力量的基础和国家人才培养战略的实施。医学及其教育是国防建设的重要组成部分,医学院校的大学生军训对医学生军事技能提升和国防后备力量储备具有重大意义。通过分析、探讨当前医学院校大学生军训工作中面临的困难及存在的问题,进一步研究、探索解决问题的方法和对策,旨在为医学院校军训工作的改进和提升提供科学参考,推动大学生军训工作进一步的完善。Military training for college students is a key project of national defense education for the whole people, which is related to the foundation of national defense reserve forces and the implementation of national talent training strategy.Medicine is an important part of national defense construction, and military training of medical college students is of great significance to the improvement of medical students, military skills and the reserve of national defense forces. By analyzing and discussing the difficulties and problems faced by medical college students in military training, this paper further explores methods and countermeasures to solve problems, aiming to provide scientific reference for the improvement and promotion of military training in medical colleges, promote the further improvement of college students, military training.
