摘  要:目的:探讨Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路表达促进糖尿病足溃疡的愈合作用。方法:于2019年10月—2020年6月构建糖尿病大鼠动物实验模型,以40只Sd大鼠为试验对象,将大鼠分为糖尿病组及对照组各20只。分别于建模第3天、第7天、第14天观察两组创面愈合情况,采用HE染色法检测创面组织形态结构的变化,采用相应实验室检测创面组织中β-catenin,Rspo-3蛋白的变化。结果:创面造模后第3天、第7天、第14天,糖尿病组创面组织中βcatenin、Rspo-3蛋白含量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖创面造模后第3天、第7天、第14天,糖尿病组的创面愈合率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Wnt/β-catenin信号通路表达下调,参与了糖尿病足溃疡愈合不良的过程。Objective To explore Wnt/β-Catenin(β-Catenin)signaling pathway promotes healing of diabetic foot ulcers.Methods Animal models of diabetic rats were established from October 2019 to June 2020.40 Sd rats were selected as experimental subjects,and rats were divided into diabetic group and control group,each group having 20 rats.The wound healing of the two groups was observed on the 3rd,7th and 14th day of modeling,the changes of wound tissue morphology and structure were detected by HE staining,and the changes in wound tissue were detected by corresponding laboratoriesβ-Changes of catenin and rspo-3 protein.Results Third days,seventh days and fourteenth days after wound healing,the wound tissues of diabetic group were observed.βThe contents of catenin and rspo-3 protein in the control group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd,7th and 14th days after sugar wound modeling,the wound healing rate of the urinary disease group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wnt/β-Down regulation of catenin signaling pathway is involved in the poor healing process of diabetic foot ulcers.
