摘　　要：肛周脓肿是肛门结直肠外科常见疾病,属于肛周间隙化脓性感染的急性期,发病率高,内科治疗效果有限,首选外科手术治疗。肛周脓肿的外科治疗原则为在充分引流的基础上尽可能减少括约肌损伤,保护肛门功能,降低脓肿复发率和术后成瘘率,提高患者的生活质量。本文通过检索美国国家医学图书馆期刊文献检索系统、科学引文索引检索系统、知网、万方、维普等数据库中关于肛周脓肿外科治疗的文章并进行综述。Perianal abscess is a common disease in anorectal surgery,which belongs to the acute stage of perianal space suppurative infection,with high incidence and limited medical treatment effect.Surgical treatment is the first choice.Principles of surgical treatment of perianal abscess on the basis of adequate drainage as far as possible to reduce sphincter injury,protect anal function,reduce the recurrence rate of abscess and postoperative fistula rate,improve the quality of life of patients,In this paper,the articles on surgical treatment of perianal abscess were reviewed by searching the national Library of Medicine journal literature retrieval system,Science Citation Index retrieval system,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.
