摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一,延续护理是指患者在医疗机构或不同的健康照护场所之间转移时,促进护理协调和连续性的措施,将延续护理应用于糖尿病视网膜病变患者中,是近年来国内外的研究热点。本文从血糖控制、眼底筛查、生活方式、血压控制等方面对糖尿病视网膜病变延续护理内容进行综述,同时重点针对基于信息化技术、医院-社区-家庭及多学科协作的延续护理方法进行总结,并对延续护理的开展提出建议,以期为糖尿病视网膜病变患者的延续护理提供科学依据。Diabetic retinopathy was one of the chronic complications of diabetes.Continuous nursing refered to the measures to promote nursing coordination and continuity when patients transfer between medical institutions or different health care sites.The application of continuous nursing in diabetic retinopathy had been a research hotspot both at home and abroad in recent years.In this paper,the contents of continuing nursing for diabetic retinopathy were reviewed from the aspects of blood glucose control,fundus screening,life style,and blood pressure control.Meanwhile,the methods of continuous nursing based on information technology,hospital-community-family,and multidisciplinary collaboration were summarized,and suggestions were put forword for the development of continuous nursing in order to provide scientific basis for continuous nutsing of diabetic retinopathy patients.
