摘 要:采用耦合方法研究材料物性热效应对热障涂层活塞热特性的影响。以某柴油机活塞为研究对象,建立耦合模型并验证计算的正确性;基于材料物性参数随温度的变化,分析材料物性热效应对活塞温度场和热应力的影响。结果表明:材料物性热效应对最高温度影响较小,温度波动约2.25%。考虑材料物性热效应的最大热应力为524MPa,比常物性参数的热应力值大。考虑材料物性热效应与常物性参数的最大热应力相差86MPa,因此材料物性热效应对活塞热应力的影响应引起高度重视。The coupling effect method is used to study the effect of material thermal effect on the thermal properties of thermal barrier coating piston.Taking a diesel engine piston as the research object,the thermo-coupling model is established and the correctness of the calculation is verified.Based on the change of material physical property parameters with temperature,the influence of material thermal effect on the temperature field and thermal stress of the piston is analyzed.The results show that the thermal effect of material properties has little effect on the maximum temperature,and the temperature fluctuation is about 2.25%.The maximum thermal stress considering the physical thermal effect of the material is 524MPa,which is larger than the thermal stress value of the normal physical parameter.Considering the difference between the thermal effect of material properties and the maximum thermal stress of the physical parameters is 86MPa,the influence of the thermal effect of material properties on the thermal stress of the piston should be highly valued.
