摘 要:基于Hypermesh软件建立某乘用车后排座椅靠背骨架有限元模型,计算其自由模态,并通过与模态试验结果对比,确认焊缝的材料属性,多次修正焊缝的尺寸以及位置,修正有限元模型,使得有限元模型精度满足要求。根据GB15083-2006《汽车座椅、座椅固定装置及头枕强度要求和试验方法》中的规定,结合企业标准,应用Hypermesh软件进行静强度仿真分析,分析结果表明最大应力处属局部应力集中,骨架的应力满足强度极限要求。利用Hypermesh软件和LS-DYNA软件进行行李箱碰撞联合仿真分析,分析结果表明骨架的冲击强度满足国标要求。The finite element model of an passenger car rear seat frame is established based onHypermesh,and its free mode is simulated.The test of free mode is measured by modal test.By modal comparison,the material properties of the weld is confirmed,and the weld′s size and position is fixed several times.The finite element model is modified and verified,so that the accuracy of the finite element model meets the requirements.According to GB15083-2006,Strength requirement and test of automobile seats,their anchorages and any bead restraints,and combining with enterprise standards,the static strength simulation is carried out in Hypermesh software.The results show that the maximum stress is resulted by the local stress concentration,and the stress of the structure meets the strength limit requirement.By combining Hypermesh with LS-DYNA,the luggage impact simulation analysis is carried out.The results show that the impact strength of the structure meets the requirements of the national standard.
