摘  要:对电动汽车锂离子电池常用的celgard2340隔膜进行了冲压实验,研究了不同试件宽度和各向异性对实验结果的影响。沿MD方向和DD方向裁剪试件的宽度越大,最后破裂失效的载荷越小,位移也越小。沿TD方向裁剪的试件则是试件的宽度越大,最后试件破裂时的载荷越大,位移越小。根据隔膜的各项异性特点,对比了相同宽度沿不同方向裁剪隔膜试件的冲压结果,发现沿不同方向裁剪试件最后破裂失效的峰值力和位移有明显的差异。最后,利用VIC-3D测量系统对材料变形过程进行图像捕捉,分析了试件在四周全被约束时冲压的变形模式。Thecelgard 2340 separator commonly used in electric vehicle lithium-ion batteries was subjected to punch experiments,and the effects of different specimen widths and anisotropies on the experimental results were studied.The larger the width of the specimens in the MD direction and the DD direction were,the smaller the load of the final failure and the displacement were.While the larger the width of the specimens in the TD direction was,the bigger the load of the final failure was and the smaller the displacement was.According to the anisotropic characteristics of the separator,the punch results of the specimens with different widths cut in different directions were compared,and it was found that the peak force and displacement of the final fracture failure of the specimens cut in different directions were significantly different.Finally,the VIC-3D measurement system was used to capture the deformation process of the material,and the deformation mode of the specimen whose edge were fully constrained was analyzed.
