摘  要:初始应力分布状态对电梯导轨校直过程有一定的影响,而现有研究均未考虑初始残余应力的影响,针对此问题,对导轨的侧弯变形和校直过程的残余应力进行了研究。基于弹塑性力学理论对导轨侧弯变形和校直过程的加载应力和残余应力进行解析分析,给出了截面的残余应力分布函数,证明了反弯校直的M-C特性受弯曲变形历史的影响,并通过数值差分法建立了侧弯变形和反弯校直的μ-C关系。最后给出实例验证,发现500mmT75导轨在考虑初始残余应力时校直行程μ2比不考虑的校直行程μ1小0.1mm左右,且残余应力更小,并通过有限元仿真验证了理论模型的准确性。The initial stress distribution state has a certain influence on the straightening process of the elevator guide rail.However,the existing research does not consider the influence of the initial residual stress.For this problem,the lateral bending deformation of the guide rail and the residual stress of the straightening process are studied.The loading stress and residual stress of lateral bending deformation and straightening process of guide rail were analyzed based on the plastoelasticity theory,and the residual stress distribution function of the cross section was obtained,which demonstrated that the M-C property of bending straightening is subject to the impact of bending deformation history.By using numerical difference method,μ-C relationship between lateral bending deformation and bending straightening was established.The example verification result demonstrated that the straightening stroke μ2 of 500mm T75 guide rail with considering initial residual stress is approximately 0.1mm smaller than the straightening stroke μ1 without considering initial residual stress,and the residual stress is even smaller.In addition,the accuracy of the theoretical model was verified by finite element simulation.
