摘  要:大气微生物对人类危害不仅与微生物气溶胶浓度和种类有关,而且大气微生物气溶胶粒径尺度大小及其分布特征也是重要的影响因素。在兰州市城关区选取不同环境功能区对其室外大气微生物气溶胶粒径(D,μm)大小及分布特征进行研究,结果表明,不同环境功能区大气细菌、霉菌和放线菌气溶胶粒度分布特征存在季节性分布差异,其中大气细菌气溶胶粒径百分比基本呈现从Ⅰ级(D>7.0)到Ⅵ级(0.65<D≤1.1)逐渐降低的趋势,主要分布在前4级(D>2.1);大气霉菌气溶胶粒径分布基本呈现Ⅲ级(3.3<D≤4.7)和Ⅳ级(2.1<D≤3.3)占比高于其他层级的趋势,主要分布在前4级(D>2.1);大气放线菌气溶胶粒径分布普遍存在大气放线菌气溶胶Ⅴ级(1.1<D≤2.1)占比较高的现象,主要分布在0.65<D≤2.1和D>7.0。The harm of atmospheric microorganism to human was not only reflected in the concentration and type of atmospheric microbial aerosol,the size and distribution of atmospheric microbial aerosol were also important influencing factors.In the Chengguan District of Lanzhou City,different environmental function areas were selected to study the particle size and distribution characteristics of atmospheric microbial aerosol.The results showed that there was seasonal difference in the aerosol particle size distribution characteristics of atmospheric bacteria aerosol,mold aerosol and actinomycete aerosol in different environmental functional areas.Among them,the particle size percentage of atmospheric bacterial aerosol generally showed a gradually decreasing trend from grade I(D>7.0μm)to gradeⅥ(0.65<D≤1.1μm),mainly distributed in the first 4 levels(D>2.1μm).The particle size distribution of atmospheric mold aerosol basically showed a trend that the proportions of gradeⅢ(3.3<D≤4.7μm)and gradeⅣ(2.1<D≤3.3μm)were higher than other grades,also mainly distributed in the first 4 levels(D>2.1μm).The aerosol particle size distribution of atmospheric actinomycete was generally higher in grade V(1.1<D≤2.1μm)of atmospheric actinomycete aerosol,mainly distributed in 0.65<D≤2.1μm and D>7.0μm.
