摘  要:耐张线夹是输电线路的关键连接部位之一,其压接质量和运行可靠性直接影响输电线路的稳定运行。通过外观尺寸检查、导线力学性能检测、X射线成像检测、解体分析、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析等方法,对±660 kV银东直流输电线路大截面导线耐张线夹断裂原因进行了原因分析,结果表明,耐张线夹铝绞线与钢锚之间无相对滑动,钢芯断裂的主要原因为压接工艺不满足标准要求,钢锚端面与铝股端面之间的预留间隙不足,使得耐张线夹压接时,钢锚端面与铝股端面间相互挤压,产生的反向作用力使钢芯受到轴向拉力,最终钢芯因受力超过承载极限而发生拉伸断裂。Tension clamp is one of the key connecting parts of transmission lines,and the crimping quality and operational reliability directly affect the stable operation of transmission lines.Through appearance and size inspection,mechanical properties testing,X-ray imaging inspection,disassembly analysis,scanning electron microscopy analysis,energy spectrum analysis,the paper analyzes the reasons of clamp fracture of a ±660 kV DC transmission line with large cross-section conductor.The results show that there is no relative sliding between the aluminum stranded wire and steel anchor,and the main reasons of the steel core fracture are the crimping technology fails to meet the requirements of standards.The reserved gap between steel anchor end face and the aluminum strand end face is insufficient,which makes the steel anchor end face and the aluminum strand end face squeeze mutually,and the steel core is subject to reverse acting force therefrom and eventually ends up with fracture due to the exceeding stress.
