摘 要:为了进一步揭示晶粒尺寸和应变量对金属材料表面橘皮化的影响规律,本文采用MTS810万能试验机、光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及电子背散射衍射技术,并结合宏观形貌和微观组织表征的方法,研究了不同晶粒尺寸和应变量对高纯铝板拉伸变形过程中的表面形貌、显微组织和表面粗糙度演化的影响。结果表明:晶粒尺寸对橘皮缺陷的演化规律有很大影响,且依赖于应变量。当应变量为5%时,尽管从晶粒尺寸为60μm的试样未观察到明显的橘皮缺陷,但随着应变量的增加,表面粗糙度略有增加;而晶粒尺寸为500μm的试样橘皮缺陷比较显著,且随着应变量的增加,橘皮缺陷越来越严重,表面粗糙度增加更为显著。在低应变量下,晶粒尺寸为60μm的试样,表面滑移带较晶粒尺寸为500μm的试样不明显;随应变量的增加,3种试样均有明显的滑移带,并且晶粒尺寸为500μm的试样出现了大量微裂纹。表面粗糙度与晶粒尺寸呈近似线性的关系,与应变量之间则满足非线性关系。粗晶和高应变共同导致了表面橘皮效应,且二者耦合的影响是单个因素影响的3倍以上。In order to reveal the influence of grain size and strain on the surface orange peeling of metal materials,the effects of grain size and strain on the surface morphology,microstructure,and surface roughness evolution of high-purity aluminum sheet during tensile deformation were studied using MTS810 universal testing machine,Optical Microscope(OM),Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),and Electron Backscatter Diffraction(EBSD),combined with the methods of macroscopic morphology and microstructure characterization.Results show that grain size had significant influence on the evolution of orange peel defects and the evolution was dependent on strain.When the strain was 5%,although the orange peel was not clear in the specimen with grain size of 60μm,the surface roughness increased with the increase instrain.The orange peel defect was appreciable in the specimen with grain size of 500μm,and with the increase in strain,the orange peel became severer and the degree of surface roughness increased more evidently.In addition,the slip bands of the specimen with grain size of 60μm were less obvious than the specimen with grain size of 500μm at low strain.With the increase in strain,all specimens had obvious slip bands,and the specimen with grain size of 500μm had a large number of microcracks.The degree of surface roughness had an approximately linear relation with grain size and a nonlinear relation with strain.The coarse crystal and high strain led to the surface orange peel defect,and the coupling effect of grain size and strain on surface orange peel defect was more than three times the effect of single parameter.
