摘 要:门式起重机是铁路货场装卸作业过程中最为重要、使用最频繁的一类起重机,提高门式起重机的作业效率和能源效率,对提高铁路货物运输的整体效率以及铁路运输的长期发展具有重要意义。随着变频调速系统铁路门式起重机中的应用越来越广泛,变频调速的控制策略对铁路门式起重机运用的可靠性和高效性也发挥着越来越重要的作用。文中通过对4种控制策略在原理、算法和调速性能等方面的研究比较,并结合铁路门式起重机不同运行机构的负载类型和实际工况来优化控制策略,不仅可以实现门式起重机各操作机构平稳高效的调速性能,更顺应了铁路运输行业低能耗、高效率的发展趋势。As gantry crane is the most important and frequently used crane in the loading and unloading operation of railway freight yard,it is of great significance to improve the operation efficiency and energy efficiency of gantry crane to improve the overall transportation efficiency of railway goods and the long-term development of railway transportation.With the increasing application of frequency conversion speed regulation system in railway gantry crane,the control strategy of frequency conversion speed regulation plays an increasingly important role in the reliability and efficiency of railway gantry crane operation.By comparing the four control strategies in principle,algorithm and speed regulation performance,and combining with the load types and actual working conditions of different operating mechanisms of railway gantry crane,the control strategy can not only realize the stable and efficient operation of each operating mechanism of gantry crane,but also conform to the development trend of low energy consumption and high efficiency of railway transportation industry.
