摘　　要：立足高等院校的专业建设水平和质量等共性问题,构建了基于PDCA循环理论高校本科专业质量综合评价标准的逻辑框架,完善了高等学校"学生中心、产出导向、持续改进"的本科专业建设质量综合评价指标体系,自主研发设计了本科专业建设质量综合评价管理信息系统,建立了"1-2-8分层递进反馈式"专业建设质量保障机制,历经6年实践探索,有效促进了沈阳农业大学专业结构优化,完善了专业建设质量监测与保障体系,提升了专业内涵建设水平,增强了注重人才培养质量的文化建设。Based on the common problems of the specialty construction quality in Colleges and universities,this study has constructed the logical framework of comprehensive evaluation standard of undergraduate specialty quality based on PDCA cycle theory,improved the comprehensive evaluation index system of undergraduate specialty construction quality with “student-centered,output oriented and continuous improvement”,independently developed and designed the comprehensive evaluation management system of undergraduate specialty construction quality,and established the “1-2-8 layered progressive feedback” specialty construction quality assurance system.Through six years of practice and exploration,it has effectively promoted the optimization of the specialty structure of Shenyang Agricultural University,improved the specialty construction quality monitoring and guarantee system,promoted the specialty connotation construction level,and enhanced the cultural construction focusing on the quality of talent training.
