摘　　要：肺动脉高压是一种经常导致右心衰竭的严重疾病。临床上,平均肺动脉压和肺血管阻力仍然是用于评估肺动脉高压严重程度和预后最常用的血流动力学指标。但是,它们只描述了右心室液压负荷的非振荡分量,而忽略了肺动脉中动态顺应性和波传播的贡献。动脉系统中的压力波/流量波由心脏泵产生,在血管中测得的压力波/流量波模式与心脏和循环系统的主要生物力学特性有关,包括心脏收缩、心室-血管耦合、大动脉硬度和微血管特性。因此,对于压力波/流量波的波形分析对肺血流动力学的评价有重要意义。Pulmonary hypertension is a serious condition frequently leading to right heart failure.Clinically,mean pulmonary arterial pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance remain the most common haemodynamic measures to evaluate the severity and prognosis of pulmonary hypertension.However,which only captures the non-oscillatory component of the right ventricular hydraulic load and neglects the dynamic compliance of the pulmonary arteries and the contribution of wave transmission.Pressure/flow waves in the arterial system are generated by the cardiac pump,and pressure/flow wave patterns measured in the vasculature are related to major biomechanical properties of the heart and circulatory system,including cardiac contraction,ventricular-vascular coupling,arterial stiffness and microvascular characteristics.Therefore,waveform analysis of pressure/flow waves makes a valuable contribution to the assessment of pulmonary hemodynamics.
